I am a mother, certified prenatal and postnatal online fitness trainer, an author, an influencer, and jack-of-all trades basically. I revived this old blog formerly used for my song lyrics, poems, and musings of a troubled teen turned young adult, and am focusing on creating content I find fun and enjoyable and hope you do too.
